At Illustrated by Weezy, we want you to love your home decor as much as we loved creating it. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all art prints and home goods are secured to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
